Jeb Bush Week 1

jeb bush John Ellis Bush is a Republican Candidate in the upcoming 2016 presidential election. He is the son of former President George H. W. Bush and brother of former President George W. Bush. John prefers to go by the nickname Jeb. Jeb  served as the governor of Florida for 8 years. He first ran in 1994 but lost lost by no more than two percentage points. He ran again in 1998 and was successfull.

Jeb have been an active advicate of the common core education system and no child left behind, he believes each state needs to set thier own standard.  During his time as governor he reduced taxes in the state of Florida and lowered funding for public projects such as public libraries. Bush supports the death penalty and is in favor of increased gun control. He is pro-life and a supporter of the defunding of Planned Parenthood. He believes that the state minimum wages that are already set are fine and hopes to bring jobs about via tax reform.

Jeb has several organizations who are contributing and donating to his campaign, among those are: Charles Schwab Corp, Freeman Spogli & Co and NextEra Energy.

On January 14, Jeb tweeted an ad on Twitter exclaiming “at what point do we say, enough?” referring to Donald Trump supposively making fun of a disabled reporter. Jeb goes on to say that Donald Trump is a jerk. The reporter disputed the claim Jeb maid, replying that him and Trump were on a first name basis and that he had covered Trump before. Sources say it could be a topic of debates in tonights Republican debate, for Bush is no longer riding next to Trump in this election, he has slide into the lower poll of the the candidates in the main stage debate.
